As a new chapter on “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” will unfold soon, new characters will be introduced – including those we loved to hate in the original series that aired 15 years ago.
Auditions will be underway for the role of Beabianca Bejerano, originally played by sexy actress Vanessa del Bianco, Star Creatives announced today, June 4, on its official Instagram page (@starcreativestv) with the hashtag #PSYTheSearchForBeabianca.
Beabianca is a pivotal character in the series as the girl who wanted Angelo’s (Jericho Rosales, now Daniel Padilla) love so bad, she came in between him and Yna (Kristine Hermosa, now Kathryn Bernardo).
Meanwhile, tonight, the reimagining of one of the most iconic scenes in local television history will be aired on “Pangako Sa ‘Yo:” Amor’s “batas ng api,” originally done by Eula Valdez, and now, by Jodi Sta. Maria.
A little trivia: In the original version, Amor screams for vengeance after a trash slide in Payatas buried her family alive and she thought her daughter Maria Amor perished as well.
In the new version, meanwhile, Amor comes home to an almost barren land after a rock slide buries her family alive.
