MANILA - ABS-CBN's musical variety show “ASAP” announced on Sunday the winners of the ASAP Teen Choice Awards 2015, which recognizes the hottest Kapamilya love teams and teen idols.

Votes were collected from viewers and fans through a metro-wide survey, texts and online via the official website of “ASAP.”

The voting was conducted from November 8 to December 2.

Below is the complete list of this year’s winners:
Pop Teen Heartthrob – Daniel Padilla
Pop Teen Sweetheart – Kathryn Bernardo
Pop Teen Social Media Star – Liza Soberano
Pop Teen Fans Club – JaDine (Fans of James Reid and Nadine Lustre)
Pop Teen Love Team – James Reid and Nadine Lustre
