On Cam: Joel Torre, Christopher de Leon meet again

On “Ikaw Lamang,” Franco (Christopher de Leon) remains trapped in the past, believing that Isabelle (now played by Amy Austria) is still alive.

He thinks that his only key to finding out is Samuel (now Joel Torre), who he has held in jail for 20 years now for assaulting Franco after the ship explosion.

Tension filled the air as the two meet again face to face, with Samuel taunting Franco that he would never tell him what really happened to Isabelle.

A reunion cut short

On “Hawak Kamay,” Pedring (Victor Neri) decides to do the right thing of testifying against his former “bossing” Leonardo (John Regala).

In a touching father-and-son moment, Emong (Zaijian Jaranilla) and Pedring role-play the former’s future graduation rites. Emong delivers an impromptu speech, dedicating his first honor recognition to his father.

Their happy moment won’t last for another day, unfortunately. Emong, Pedring, together with Gin (Piolo Pascual) gets into a violent encounter with Leonardo and his cohorts. Policemen arrest a terribly wounded Leonardo, while Pedring perishes in the arms of his son.

Yen gets to know Arjo's true self

On “Pure Love,” Raymond (Arjo Atayde) catches Ysabel (Yen Santos) inside his room yet she manages to come up with a convincing excuse.

Curiously, he begins to trust Ysabel, possessed by Diane (Alex Gonzaga), more than anyone. So much so that he brings her to a carinderia where he and his mother (Sylvia Sanchez) used to eat.

Diane eventually learns about “Mon-mon’s” life: that his family was poor and his true father died when he was young.

What does this have to do with Raymond's betrayal? Diane would have to find out.

Great love is hard to kill

On “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon,” Magno (Eddie Garcia) tries to make Violet (Michelle Vito) realize the importance of her inheritance by bringing her to their old home. This becomes the young lady’s wake-up call to re-evaluate how she entrusts their family property to her Tita Laura (Dina Bonnevie).

Meanwhile, Patrick (Paulo Avelino) is still bothered by Emmanuelle’s (Bea Alonzo) cold treatment towards him, so he visits her at the Prestige chocolate shop.

Later on, she, who is actually Rose, admits to Ruth (Susan Roces) and Leo (Albert Martinez) that she’s still in love with Patrick.
