In an interview with PEP.PH, Teen King Daniel Padilla clarified that his boy band group named Parking 5 has not disbanded. His bandmates namely JC Padilla, Lester, “Les,” Giri Espinosa, Hugh Sedric “Seth” Gothico, and Katsumi “Kats” Kabe just went back to school.
“Hindi siya disbanded, pahinga lang muna kami,” he says, "Mag-aaral muna sila (his bandmates). Okay naman yun. Ako sa show business, sila busy muna sa pag-aaral nila."
He adds, “May oras naman dun para sa banda namin.”
He also defended his bandmates about the rumors of them spreading his photo holding cigarette and alcoholic beverage.
“Hindi ako gaganunin ng mga kaibigan,” states Daniel. “Ewan ko sa mga isyu na pinaggagawa ng iba.”
Moreover, Daniel expressed confidence over their friendship that they’d still remain friends even their band is not that active anymore.
He ends, "Yun lang, nawala yung banda, pero magkakaibigan pa rin kami."
