In an article written by Ruel Mendoza of Abante, comedy concert queen Ai-Ai Delas Alas admits closeness with "Dyesebel" co-star Jay Gonzaga.

“Close kami ni Jay. Kasi kasama ko siya sa Dyesebel,”she says. “Kapag may problema ako, pumupunta siya sa bahay.”
 
However, Ai-Ai clarifies that Jay is not courting her yet,   “Close lang talaga kami. Pero kung manligaw siya, bakit naman hindi? Mabait si Jay.”
