Kapamilya stars and Star Cinema films ruled the Awards night!

Kapamilya stars shine at 16th Gawad PASADO Awards Night

Last April 5, at the auditorium hall of FEU (Far Eatern University) Manila, ABS-CBN stars such as Angel Locsin, Gerald Anderson, Jake Cuenca, Bangs Garcia, childstars Bugoy Carino, and Raikko Matteo graced the Gawad PASADO Awards Night to receive their respective awards and also to express gratitude to everyone who supported them.

Gerald Anderson won the Best Supporting Actor Award for his performance in the movie “OTJ,” which ruled on the said Awards Night. Angel Locsin won the Best Supporting Award alongside Toni Gonzaga, Bea Alonzo, and Shaina Magdayao for the movie “4 Sisters and A Wedding.”

The Best Child Performer Bugoy Carino also attended the event, while Raikko Matteo charmed the crowd after going onstage twice to accept the PinakaPasadong Simbolo sa Kagandahang Asal award for his stint in the recently defunct TV series “Honesto,” which received the PinakaPasadong Programa sa Kagandahang Asal.

Jake Cuenca was also present to accept his Best Supporting Award for his performance in the movie “When the love is Gone.” Kapamilya star Bangs Garcia also received her Best Actress awards for her stint in the indie film “Lauriana.”  
 
Gawad PASADO (Pampelikulang Samahan ng mga Dalubguro) or Film Association of Professors honors artists, directors, films, TV shows, and music, that has positively contributed in the following disciplines: Social Studies, Language, Arts, and Humanities.
