#SNAPSHOTS: Here are the winners at the 40th Metro Manila Film Festival

The winners for the 40th Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) were finally honored tonight, December 27 for the annual Awards Night held at the PICC Plenary Hall. The event was hosted by Kris Aquino and Edu Manzano.

Kapamilya rising star Nadine Lustre who bagged the Celebrity Face of The Night Award charmed the audience through a dance number of Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off” together with Yassi Pressman and Shy Carlos.

Star Cinema and Viva Film’s co-produced comedy film “The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin” earned the highest first day gross with P53.3 M worth of ticket sales while “Feng Shui” was declared the highest-grossing horror film on the first day of 2014 MMFF.

The annual film fest starts every Christmas day, December 25.
